  1. Let’s be honest, I think people underestimate how dangerous All-Star cheerleading can be. 🎀 We’re doing stunts and tumbling where one mistake can cause a serious neck or spinal injury, even paralysis. Football is dangerous too because of tackles, collisions, and head injuries. I don’t think we can say one is definitely more dangerous without looking at the actual injury statistics, but cheerleading deserves just as much respect. We’re not just wearing bows and smiling. We’re ATHLETES. 🏈🎀✨

  2. Competitive cheer leading is actually really dangerous because you can break bones (even with mats) from flipping and tumbling and then stunts can have different heights so if your with really tall and strong people you can go higher. Your bases, back spots, and sometimes front spots have to be in perfect coordination and stay together and most of the time you don’t know your flyer is about to fall and the group isn’t ready (BTW I’m a competitive cheerleader with 3 national wins in a row and I see this a lot). I get it that you football players may disagree with me but please don’t say anything negative or mostly nothing at all cause most of y’all talk crap about us anyway.
